ALEXANDRA A. SANDVIK, J.D.

Associate Attorney

Alexandra earned her bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University in 2011 and received her Juris Doctorate from J. Reuben Clark Law School in 2016. In law school, Alexandra served as Lead Articles Editor of the BYU Law Review and Editor in Chief of the International Law and Management Review. She also received the Outstanding Law Student of the Year Award from the National Association of Women Lawyers. Additionally, she served as a judicial extern for Justice Christine Durham on the Utah Supreme Court, United States Federal Judge David Sam, and Chief Judge David Nuffer on the Utah District Court.

 

Alexandra is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in corporate counsel, commercial litigation, employment law, and regulatory compliance. She has served in senior in-house legal roles with PosiGen as Associate General Counsel, Avalon Healthcare as Corporate Counsel, and both Sunrun and Vivint Solar as Corporate Counsel, where she managed commercial contracts, employment matters, healthcare procurement, regulatory compliance, consumer protection issues, and litigation strategy. Earlier in her career at Snell & Wilmer LLP and Litchfield Cavo LLP, she represented corporations in complex commercial litigation, labor and employment disputes, medical malpractice, and products liability matters.
