Kregg graduated from Brigham Young University in 2011 and earned his law degree from Texas Tech University in 2014. Kregg has held various roles, including litigator, compliance officer in hospital systems, and general counsel and privacy officer in the health insurance industry.
In 2020, Kregg became the General Counsel and Head of Compliance at MotivHealth Insurance, after previously working as a Compliance Officer at Intermountain Healthcare. He is also an adjunct professor at Ensign College in Salt Lake City. Kregg holds certification as a Professional Compliance Officer through AAPC.
From April 2021 to April 2022, Kregg served as the President of the Utah Health Insurance Association (UHIA), where he played a key role in advocating for consumer-friendly laws in Utah’s health insurance market.
