Joshua earned his bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University before continuing at BYU’s J. Reuben Clark Law School, where he earned his law degree in 2023. He also holds an M.B.A. from BYU’s Marriott School of Business, which further enhances his ability to navigate both legal and business challenges.

Throughout his career, Joshua has worked closely with businesses to help them navigate complex legal and regulatory landscapes, expand their operations, and draft essential contracts and legal documents.
